Convenient Location and Modern Studio the location here is awesome , right by the center, so it's super easy to pop to the market or little shops nearby. My studio was totally up, to, date and spacious. the staff were the best, really friendly and helpful! 😊.

The airport was 15 minutes drive away. The stuff team was helpful, the rooms where modern and spotless and equipped with balcony and lovely view. Brand-new facilities, everything you could wish for...

Got a free upgrade to a bigger apartment with a lovely private balcony, which was a nice surprise. the location was great, right by the roundabout. 🌟.

The location was amazing, in a beautiful Greek island. the staff were the best and super friendly, gave us great tips. My studio included an iron/ironing board, coffee and tea making facilities, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

We really enjoyed our trip and would love to stay here again. The location near Mastichari Beach was particularly good. The hotel was right near bars and restaurants.

Rewritten: We had a lovely stay for our great holidays at Luis Apartments in Mastichari, Kos. the apartment was well-equipped with an electric kettle, microwave oven, and air conditioning. the separate bedrooms with gates added to our comfort. the location was marvelous, making it easy for us to explore Kos island and visit various attractions. being close to bars, restaurants, a beautiful beach, and witnessing beautiful sunsets in Greece made our stay even more enjoyable.

This venue is peaceful, has a nice pool, and is perfectly situated on a beautiful Greek island.

Close to kitesurfing center & 5 min walk to beach with sea view balcony. Calm area with enough restaurants. Easy scooter rental & day trips. Accessible for families with kitchen & equipment. Large sandy beach, tree shadows, sunbed/umbrella rental. Quiet location near Mastichari center & supermarket. Clean, recently furnished apartment with kitchen for basic cooking, daily cleaning. Free Wi-fi with great speed. Recently refurbished, use of pool & bar/restaurant nearby, friendly staff. Beautiful beaches, helpful host. Lovely places to eat, good food.

The food here is excellent, and the room is absolutely fantastic, with a large secluded balcony.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with a lovely view of the surroundings. The pool area was very nice, and the bar next to it was convenient for snacks and drinks. The location of the hotel was great, with the beach and local shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The air conditioning situation was a bit frustrating, as we had to wait until the next day to see someone about it and didn't receive much help from the staff. The shower in our room leaked, which was quite inconvenient.

The accommodation we received was modern and very clean, had a beautiful view, a spacious private balcony, and a refrigerator.

Everything great.

We stayed at Luis Apartments for 2 weeks while kitesurfing. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the kite center and the beautiful beach with a sea view from our balcony. The area was not overly touristy, but still had plenty of restaurants and amenities. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, even preparing our room in just one hour when we arrived in the morning. The studio was well-equipped and comfortable, and the beach was one of the nicest we've seen in Kos. We will definitely be coming back!
